John Summers
John Summers, CEO, has over twenty-five years' experience in the sales and marketing of technical products to major accounts in the communications, defence and aerospace markets. Prior to joining RFEL, he was a Director of Pascall Electronics, part of the Intelek Plc group, and before that a Senior Marketing Manager at BT Headquarters in London.

Simon Underhay
Simon Underhay, Sales Director, has had over twenty years’ experience in technical and sales positions in the electronics industry. He was originally in the RAF, moving to the satellite communications group of Cable and Wireless as Engineering Manager, before becoming the Telecommunications Sales Director at Pascall Electronics, prior to joining RFEL.

Eddy Fry
Eddy Fry, Technical Director, has had almost twenty years’ experience in radar and digital system design. Before joining RFEL as the Chief Digital Design Engineer, Eddy worked primarily in the defence industry for one of the leading defence electronics companies. In this role he was closely involved in several key programmes, including multi-function and tracking RADAR systems, and safety-critical Microwave Landing Systems design projects.
